The job below was started but the person working on the project is no longer in business. We currently have the website lead management system below develope in .net so the Territory Mangers can add leads, submit changes, etc. It also has automation that will send email reminders to users when they need to update a field. There is also an admin side for reporting. We currently need someone who can work through a list of issues we are having with the site. The are : ?Reports need to be updated to show Canada. This needs to be set up to show them as their own Region and also their territory numbers need to show up on the territory reports as well. ?Several Territory Managers are getting an error screen when they try to login and add a new lead. We need to fix this or they will stop using it. ?Some of the tables on the reports are out of alignment and look awkward. (slide 3 shows the off centered table) ?None of the automated reports that were setup are working properly. None are going out for either Territory Managers or for admin (slide 4 screen shot of the report setup screen) ?Search Function still not working on Territory Manager Daily dashboard (search area can be seen on the top of slide 2) Another issue was brought to my attention today. When a TM logged in ( pass:locksandkeys) and entered a new lead, then clicked Submit for approval, he got the error screen (attached as a pdf). We haven't fully debugged this site as you can tell above, so once changes are made we will need a vendor to be available to help us trouble shoot anything else that comes up for a period of at least 30 days. Looking for someone to create an online lead tracking form for our organization similar to Lead360 for online tracking, work flow, metrics and reporting for territory managers to update or add try me leads. Leads within this newly created software will come from uploading existing excel (or GoogleDoc files) today as well as adding new data via online form fields. We would need two different form fields. One which is secured along with the database that internal staff would update and add themselves. The other would be able to be placed anywhere on one of our websites and customers could access them and fill them out themselves. When a customer does this, it would also flow into the database. We would need these to be able to be duplicated and customizable on our end as we may have several of these running on a site at a time. This site will be hosted internally by Medeco and Arrow and need to be stored in an enterprise-grade database.
