I locate properties for potential purchase, am the intermediary between investor and seller, and manage the properties. You will be entering phone numbers of property owners into Excel. Having two monitors will make this work much faster. There will be more work for the right candidate. This is not hard work, but requires close attention to detail and one week turnaround time per spreadsheet. We pay a flat rate of 10 cents per line. There are times where there are 300 lines and there are other months that could contain up to 1000 lines. The current project has 307 lines. I will begin screening candidates on Tuesday Feb 14th and hope to have someone in place to begin ASAP. You will need to have Skype in order to do the interview and training. I do not have required set hours you have to work, but I do have deadlines that have to be met and the information returned has to be correct.
