Our client is seeking a Jr. Information Architect to join the website/user experience team in Memphis, TN for a contract position. The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years experience in the following categories. •Previous experience documenting web sites or systems with site maps, process flows, and DETAILED wireframes and functional specifications. •Proofreading skills with basic web development knowledge to provide another set of eyes on functional specifications, catching holes and inconsistencies. •Skill at creating descriptive/instructional documentation for quick summarization of project aspects during the time between when a project is initiated and the functional specs are created. •Familiarity with communicating in an environment with many different groups and stakeholders (basically, have some corporate experience). •Industry knowledge & research capabilities research of best practices, competitive analysis (ex: What are competitors doing with their web sites and mobile apps?) •Basic HTML/CSS skill could help with the Wiki. •Usability testing online with Userzoom (http://www.userzoom.com/).
