I am looking for a contractor to do 2 research projects for me. 1. Research the current property, casualty and workers' compensation insurance market for construction companies. Answer the following questions: Do they expect rate increases? When will the market harden and what type of increases can be expected? What are construction companies doing to prepare for the difficult market? 2. Research project on construction companies that have in house training and development departments. Do they call them "corporate university?" What function do they serve. What is the budget. How many companies by volume of construction have these departments?
