Assuming the Business Analyst role in Vernon Hills, the selected candidate will perform the following functions: Assist with all business application customization, implementation, and ongoing support activities for software applications Assist in developing an IT project plan Ensure project plan includes time and resources for customizing, testing, piloting, technical and end user training, documentation, implementation, maintenance and support Work with clinical and business managers in understanding various project requirements and their impact on the IT Department Work with outside vendors on developing requirements to address interface needs and schema mapping design Work to meet users' needs and develop technical requirements documentation Specific Requirements (required unless noted otherwise): A Bachelor's Degree Five years of BA experience Demonstrated experience developing user stories supporting an agile software development team Demonstrated experience leading project stakeholders through requirements definition sessions Must have Healthcare provider or payer experience
