QUALIFICATIONS • At least 10 years of hands-on software engineering experience (coding) • At least 4 years of hands-on development of C# enterprise applications (coding) • At least 3 years of hands-on experience with WPF desktop application development (coding) • At least 3 years of hands-on MS SQL Server programming experience using ADO.NET, T-SQL, stored procedures, triggers, and functions and general database design • Additional technologies desired: MVVM, XAML, Expression Blend • Knowledge of the legal review and EDRM process a plus INDIVIDUAL EXPECTATIONS • A comprehensive understanding of software development methodologies and the demonstrated ability to design and develop complex software systems using Microsoft Technologies • Produce quality code according to system design and technical standards • Participation in project time and task estimation, code and architecture reviews, and documentation of system architecture • Transparent communication and definition of deliverables throughout all phases of the development life-cycle (project definition, process mapping, architecture, coding, acceptance testing, installation, turnover to support, etc.) RESPONSIBILITIES • Designs, develops, tests, debugs, maintains, and documents software components • Adheres to standards for software development set forth by the organization • Develops and communicates time estimates for project deliverables • Designs and builds elements of integrated systems • Maintains and enhances existing software components and systems .
