Our office space includes a full kitchen, convenient parking and is located a mere 5 minutes from beautiful Rio Del Mar beach. The Position We're looking for a talented, energetic individual to join our design team on an internship basis. You'll work with our Creative Director to develop the look, feel and content layouts for our upcoming projects while gaining industry experience and honing your skill set. We treat our interns like full members of our team -- no coffee runs, collating TPS reports, etc. -- you'll be working on the "big stuff". To join our team, you'll need to relocate to Santa Cruz, CA for 3 months. A full-time job offer is a possibility after completing your internship, commensurate with the quality of your work with us. Our ideal candidate is someone who... * Has a minimum of 2 years experience creating graphics and layouts for the web using Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator * Is familiar with current web design conventions and style trends * Has a basic understanding of web implementation, i.e. XHTML/CSS, JavaScript, etc. (coding experience is not required) * Is highly motivated, positive and capable of working independently or as a member of a team Is this you?
