Role : Senior .Net  Developer (2 Nos.) Location: Salem, OR Duration: 2 months with possibility of extension     Job Description     Our Direct Client has an immediate opening of a Senior .Net Developer. The right candidate will work within Information Services to develop and implement an Employer Portal for the Client’s Program.     Duties   ** Working independently and as part of a team, analyze business and technical requirements to design and document application modules and systems.   ** Code and unit test applications, database procedures, jobs and subroutines using standard tools and practices.     ** Produce technical documentation of features and functions for new applications including narratives, program logic, and data flow diagrams.   ** Participate in the installation and implementation of new application systems.     ** Diagnose and resolve problems and errors. Coordinate with customers and IS staff to provide conflict management and resolution.   ** Modify the code of existing applications to correct errors or provide functional enhancements.     ** Work as a senior developer to mentor other developers and bring new ideas to the team for consideration.   Skills Needed: Advanced Programmer-Analyst capabilities with 9 or more years of experience*.
