PERFORMANCE HEALTHCARE STAFFING is seeking a Physical Therapist in the SKOKIE, ILLINOIS area for a unique outpatient opportunity. You would assist an employer in reducing Workers' Compensation claims, costs, and injuries. You would customize a program to fit the needs of the particular type of business. As the Therapist, you will come directly to the facility, assess the work space and give suggestions for reducing workplace injuries, design a treatment plan, and treat the workers onsite in a specific Therapy area . These programs are set up just about any place people are employed..... manufacturing plants, restaurants, offices, stores...  And, most often, the hours can be arranged around your regular schedule. You would be an Independent Contractor, and paid ( very well !) by the hour. The caseload in Skokie is 1-3 patients, and they will be seen 2-3 times per week.... all at the same site. One year of outpatient experience Workers' Comp experience is great, but not mandatory. New grads are welcome to apply if they had significant outpatient internships, and feel comfortable working as a solo therapist. An upbeat, friendly, and professional demeanor. These assignments are interesting and challenging, and you will learn something new at each one.
