Are you a systems and tech savvy Virtual Assistant w/ online marketing expertise?
Job Description Are you the assistant I can't live without? Entertainment and IP Attorney opening her own solo virtual law firm in need of a Tech/online marketing savvy Virtual Assistant to help her prepare for her official online launch by April 5th, 2012. I need someone with a friendly, professional and HELPFUL, Can-do attitude that's willing to go the extra mile to make sure that I am up and raring to go! I love people with good attitudes as I am a very positive and determined person. If you have an issue with instruction, complains, or has multiple excuses as to why things don't get done, please do not apply. I love people who thrive on finding quick and top-notch solutions! I need someone that is fast, proficient, and asks questions. I would rather you ask questions than do things without understanding. I email and contact a lot. I edit quite a bit so I may require more changes than usual. I like to see variations before I make a full decision so if you are ok with that, we will have a great relationship. Fluent English is a MUST. Wordpress Expertise also a MUST. 3-5 yrs experience as an assistant is preferred or at least 2 years at the executive level. I am fair and I love to have fun as long as the work gets done. I am admittedly a work-a-holic and I really need someone to help me as it can be a bit overwhelming doing everything by myself. Can you assist me? Here are the following tasks that I need fast and efficient help with: 1. Creating a client intake form and system 2. help setting up my blog and integrating it w/ all my social media making it look professional and stylish. 3. create email templates for inquiries about my services and creating the auto-responders for those requests 4. Create all the auto-responders for my mailing list sign up on mailchimp. 5. help me set up my tumblr to look professional and stylish. 6. Research and pull together the best times to do marketing via social networking, tips on getting more twitter followers, etc. 7. Help me find a free webinar and teleconferencing solution that records my presentations. 8. Post my blogs, emails newsletters, consistently every week 9. change all my email signatures 10. Figure out the right keywords and metatags to add to my site to generate traffic and add them. 11. Edit my blog posts and email messages for correct grammar and add pictures and video. 12. Create my newsletter layout on mailchimp. I look forward to hearing from you!
