Eligibility: Non-Public Sector Employees May Apply The Team Leader is a role within the Far North Region, Housing Services and is accountable to the Operations Manager for Leading and managing a team of Housing Officers to deliver a range of housing services and outcomes to customers across the housing continuum within a geographical area of up to 2,000 public housing properties, encompassing both public and private rental. Managing the development of appropriate case management strategies for customers with high or complex needs. Linking and planning with DCSI partners to create connected service opportunities. Special Conditions: Some intra/interstate travel involving overnight absences may be required. Some out of hours work may be required. Required to enter into a performance agreement for the achievement of specified outcomes. Successful applicant will be required to satisfactorily complete a Background Screening and National Criminal History Record Check (NCHRC) prior to being employed and every three years. A current driver's licence and willingness to drive is essential.
