We are looking to find a website designer to create a website for an irrigation and landscaping business. The designer will have to help in development of verbiage, content, and a design concept based around our ideas and needs. We would like the option of editing the final product ourselves, or having the freelancer make updates on an "hourly rate" basis if edits need to be made monthly or quarterly. I own a marketing and promotional products company, and we help our clients brand their name and image by using many different marketing tools. We have been in business for three years, and are just now focusing on building the consulting part of the business. The freelancer would work directly with me, and will not be allowed to contact my client. I am not going to limit the experience to only those who have degrees in the field, as I do believe that hands on experience can be equivalent to a degree, in some cases. I would like to see some examples of websites the freelancer has previously created, as well as references. I will require the freelancer who can give good solid references for a minimum of 5 different companies or clients. To complete the project, and receive payment we will want a fully functioning website, that has been approved and finalized by my client and myself. Keywords: Website Design
