10647030 Web Analytics Analyst Location: Wilsonville, OR Duration: 6+ Months (Possible Extension) Start: ASAP REQUIRED 1+ years of Adobe/Omniture Site Catalyst experience - building dashboards, pulling data via Report Builder, generating reports and charts, doing ad hoc analysis in the tool. 3-5 years analytics experience Experience in measurement and data analysis from business and marketing perspectives Excellent quantitative, analytic and problem solving skills; ability to translate metrics into actionable proposals Strong attention to detail and accuracy Must be self-motivated and able to work with minimal direction Be able to manage concurrent projects and tasks in a dynamic environment and meet deadlines Expert with Microsoft Excel (especially pivot tables) and PowerPoint charts Strong written and verbal communication skills to communicate at all levels of the organization Bachelors Degree RESPONSIBILITIES Ability to learn and use HBX metric system to generate monthly reports and do ad hoc analysis in current workflows. Able to set up Report Builder queries and tie data sets together for reporting. Utilize strong analytical skills to compile and process data, tell a story and draw actionable conclusions that drive measureable business decisions. Provide research, analysis and recommendations for web strategy and solution development. Proactively leverage Site Catalyst to evaluate web site effectiveness and online activities. Understand user interactions with the website and identify opportunities to increase user engagement and satisfaction. Work closely with technology team to verify site coding and validate metrics reporting for new pages and content. Measure and report on online marketing program effectiveness. Work closely with stakeholders to understand their business drivers and uncover opportunities to use the web to deliver growth. Interpret data in meaningful ways to deliver insightful reports and presentations to management on the websites performance. Participate on Internet project teams as the analytics expert; define KPIs, report structure, frequency and evaluation methodology. Review KPIs annually to ensure that they are aligned with the strategic goals and initiatives for the upcoming year.
