We want to build a long-term relationship with a qualified programmer that can help us with website production (PHP, MySQL, JS/Mootools) and leverage our custom CMS and possibly extending it over time. Aside from being able to handle "static pages" our CMS also provides for tools to handle news/events pages, product pages, document download pages, FAQ, Photo Gallery, etc. We are looking for a PHP, MySQL, JS/Mootools programmer who could also help us develop new modules within our current framework. I can do a quick demo and show specific code snippet etc. so you may get a better understanding of what you would be working with. Many of the web sites that run our CMS have various modules coded in PHP with a mysql database and provide for an easy interface for our client to add/modify/delete records. This introductory project includes 2 tasks to be done on an existing website. 1- Change to the inner navigation scheme to hide child sections from non active pages. 2- Addition of a "contact me" link/feature to an existing team system so visitor can contact specific people listed from the existing database driven team pages without seeing the email of the recipient (leveraging an existing contact form and form handler). Both tasks are straigh forward yet they will help you getting a good idea of how our CMS work and help both of us evaluate if we can do more projects. Expert skills in PHP, MySQL, JS/Mootool are essential. Experience with Facebook API , Twitter api, and WordPress would be great. Of course skills in cross browser HTML CSS and JavaScript are essential. We would expect a knowledgeable person to work with us and make appropriate suggestions in terms of design and implementation.
