Cartoon animation with characters available for reference.
We are looking for contractors to realize a few cartoon animations of the following nature; 1. No new characters, characters will be created from existing ones for reference. 2. Animation and cartoon targeted at Kids (3-11 year olds) and for a specific population. 3. Simple, short story board. 4. Fixed cost 5. Fixed time (less than 3 weeks for completion) 6. More cartoon animations based on this job is expected soon. 7. Animation should be HTML 5 format without flash. To meet the requirements we will need to see; 1. Verifiable testimonials from other clients for similar work. 2. Evidence of creative work from your portfolio. 3. Exposure in the Indian and Australian culture and diaspora.
