Hi Elancers, I am starting up a company that is dealing with the production of food goods produced in the United States, and being sold into Asia. We are looking to structure an agreement with the producers of the food goods company whereby we would need to present to them a solid business plan. The plan would need to include some research on pricing in the market of the said goods which I would request from you, as well as options for structures of commission and overall partnership. I have downloaded some agreements from the net, but would also be interested in framing a clear agreement and contract based on the models that we come up with.
