Professional business-to-business appointment setting
I manage the Australian launch of an exciting & unique new product designed for Architects, Engineers & Photographers, as well as corporate clients. Real estate agents would probably make very suitable prospects. This is an unknown product & brand at this stage but very unique and with no competition at this stage. It is very visual and will likely only sell once someone can hold it & see it. I will direct the successful candidate to our website and brief him/her on the product and its history of development. The actual job is to call a provided list of Sydney architects, engineers, photographers and real estate agents and make 'pre-agreed' appointments. At this stage 50 appointments total are required. If all goes well, the job will continue and another 50 will be required after that time. As the product is in its final stages of production, proper samples will not be available for another 2 weeks. Therefore what I require is the following: 1. Agreement that they are willing to see the product when available and their OK to get called back to set a time to meet with them when the product is available (in approx. 2 weeks' time) And also: 2. The contact name you spoke with ? must be the business owner, a manager, or a senior person 3. Their contact phone number (if the one in the list is old or has changed) 4. Their personal email address 5. Confirmation of their business address (will be supplied in the list but could be out of date) You will make the 'pre-agreed appointment' call. I will do the call-back and schedule the actual appointment with them once I have the product to show them. No actual 'selling' is required in the calls. A soft approach is needed and the appointment success rate should therefore be quite high (50 %+), as the prospects should not expect to be 'sold' but will be asked to 'help us'. I will also provide a script I have been using as a guide and will explain more details of the suggested approach to the successful candidate. Individuals only please ? no call centres will be considered. Candidate must reside in Australia and with English as their native language or at least fluent. Must have business-to-business cold-calling, appointment setting experience or tele-sales experience. I have listed this as a single job and will pay up to $20 per hour to the right candidate.
