We need 1 Customer Support Representative to help consumers purchase these gift cards while they are on our site. This support will be through a live chat window so there will be no phone support. You will be required to interact with consumers and solve their problems with knowledge of our company and process. We will train you. You will be the 1st line of support. If you can't figure out their problem you would escalate the issue to our 2nd line of support which is a employee inside our company. This will be a long term engagement.
