I am looking for a provider who can (1) create content for a 1-page website and (2) design the page on which the content will be displayed. I would like to have this page/site prepared so that I can show prospective domain-name buyers a mock-up page instead of a traditional referral-type landing page. The page does not need to be functional; it just needs to look good and help get the idea across to a buyer. The subject is why an attorney should be used in a short sale transaction (real estate financing law). I can provide resources from which to draw content and even do all my own revisions of the content once provided. What I can't do is design a webpage - I'm lousy at it.
