Php and Wordpress expert needed

Good evening, I need a webmaster that has a lot of experience with php and wordpress. I want to have a theme customized. The theme is classipress from appthemes and in order to customize it you need to do the customizations in a childtheme. I have recorded a video and I have made a mock up showing you how the theme should look like. (In the mock up please disregard the poor quality, and the search bar should stay, it is not there because the image of the slider is too big.)
