I am working on compiling a simple auction website. I basically want it to function like a live real world auction. One item at a time, people bid until the admin/auctioneer decides to go to the next item. I would also like to integrate PayPall and have every auction participant be registered and validated. These items will be somewhat expensive $1000-$20,000, so I want to be sure that if a participant bids and wins, he/she will be responsible for paying.
