Java Developer
Our client is currently seeking a Java Developer. Candidates who are interested and meet the listed criteria are encouraged to apply online today. The ideal candidate will have strong object-oriented analysis and design skills (including requirement analysis, use cases, OO and design patterns). A solid working knowledge of the J2SE/J2EE architecture is a must. In addition to the required development skill set, the position requires someone with a strong desire to deliver accurate and well tested applications. This person must have an understanding of and experience with full software development lifecycle including functional & technical specification, documentation, QA processes, source control, maintenance and deployments. This person should be able to learn and adapt to new technologies quickly. He or she must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, be highly organized, be detail-oriented, and work well in a team environment. Within this senior level role, the ability to think creatively and implement ideas is critical as are strong conceptual and creative skills. The successful candidate will have the ability to problem solve independently and make decisions according to company policies and procedure. Initiative and drive and ability to work well under pressure and/or deadline are a must.
