A solid working knowledge of the J2SE/J2EE architecture is a must. This person must have an understanding of and experience with full software development lifecycle including functional & technical specification, documentation, QA processes, source control, maintenance and deployments. This person should be able to learn and adapt to new technologies quickly. The successful candidate will have the ability to problem solve independently and make decisions according to company policies and procedure.
