Project Mgr Identity and Access Management
Je functie: The department Security Applications Application Development and Maintenance (ADM) is looking for a Senior Project Manager to lead the several IAM projects that must be delivered in 2012. These projects are part of an Identity and Access Management program that serves the purpose of managing on a global level how the company deals with the management of user access permissions. Within this program there are multiple work streams that: - Ensure that the existing processes and tools are well maintained - A new architecture adapted to current and future needs is developed and implemented - Ensure that these architectures are successfully deployed in the organization The Senior Project Manager will - be responsible for the delivery of the project and sub-projects. - make detailed planning and progress reporting (Status Reports, Exception Reports) - review of key project deliverables - coordinate project milestone reviews & project close-out - coordinate with other departments and external suppliers on all project activities - manage and coach project resources - manage risks/issues/changes within the project - control, follow-up and report on project budget and planning - report to the project board(s) and Program ManagerJe profiel: Required level and content of education University graduate. Personal skills * Mandatory: - Team player - Quick self-starter, pro-active attitude, - Good Communication and Influencing skills; - Good analytical and synthesis skills; - Autonomy, commitment and perseverance in personal organization; - Ability to work in a dynamic and multicultural environment; - Strictness in project follow-up; Business experience required * Mandatory: - IT Project Management and Service Management * Preferable: - Professional experience in Financial Services - Experience in security technology and processes (Identity & Access Management aspects) Technical experience required * Mandatory: - 5 years experience in an IT environment as a Project Manager - Excellent team coaching skills * preferable: - Prince2 / PMI certification is considered an advantage Language requirement Sound knowledge of English, French and/or Dutch. (second language has to be English)
