Customer Support Officer
Je functie: We are actively searching a customer support officer for our division Remote Channels. This unit provides support for setting up electronic banking contracts to the commercial network on one hand and assistance in systems use to our customers on the other hand. You are the contact person for internal and external customers in dealing with issues, complaints or requests related to the contractual or bank-wise issues due to the use of applications. Key-tasks: - handling of calls, e-mails, faxes from the customers: * analyzing and solving payment and reporting issues * providing information - using of contact- and incident management tool for logging and follow-up of activities and incidents - reporting to the team leaderJe profiel: - Required level and content of education Min. bachelor degree Personal skills - Mandatory: Analytical + communication skills. Eager to learn, Oriented towards customer service Business experience required - Mandatory: None - Preferable: Experience in a customer support environment Interested in financial world Technical experience required - Mandatory: Good knowledge of windows applications and internet use - Preferable: Functional knowledge of financial payment and reporting applications Experience with incident management tools Functional experience required - Preferable: Knowledge of Isabel applications Working experience in Bank environment
