We're looking to develop a new web site for our company. The existing web site can be viewed at -international.ru. The company is based in Moscow, so we're looking for someone natively speaking Russian, as the whole website and communication will be in Russian. We're planning for short daily calls with all parties involved to fast track the development. We anticipate the project to run for about 2-3 months with phased deployment, with first release planned at the end of Feb. We will also need a post release support to fine tune the features, fix bugs and possibly introduce new tidbits to the website on an ongoing basis as new products and services are introduced to the market. There are just several specific features that need to be implemented, such as user account data with statements, several graphs, trade signal publication, text news streaming, video posting. Everything else should be natively covered by Joomla. The web design, structure and content will be provided. The person should possess the following knowledge and experience: 1. HTML, CSS, JavaScript and other necessary knowledge to do the professional HTML slicing from the PSD files. 2. PHP 3. Joomla 4. MySql - much of the dynamic custom web site information will need to be stored in DB. 5. Be responsible and dedicated developer who can finish the work on time and work in an agile environment. We also would need a proven track of records for your completed projects along with examples. You should also be ready for a phone interview.
