This will be a front-end / SDK development position. In this role as a Windows Phone SDE, you will help implementation of gaming scenarios on Windows Phone. This is a new team handling some mobile deliverables and because of the workload and tight timeline, they need somebody who can jump in and be productive right away while they figure out how they're going to ramp up the team for the long term. They operate on a scrum model, so tasks will be fluid and shared across multiple people. It is also a relatively younger team, with a *lot* of partner team and cross-team work. They also work in an open space environment, so everyone on this team needs to be comfortable with and productive in that type of an environment. Your Main Job Responsibilities include: Creating work items and plans based on provided specifications, efficiently developing high-quality, reusable code to implement features, working with PM to handle dependencies across teams and working in conjunction with test to develop unit tests and otherwise validate functionality. Your Other Job Responsibilities include: Working with Development and Test teams to implement robust end-to-end game functionality from service to client. Providing input for triaging bugs. Helping with implementation of other related projects as needed. Identifying and helping to resolve design issues across partner teams and dependent projects. Providing documentation of implemented features for long-term knowledge transfer. Effectively fix bugs to help with product stabilization.
