Problem with Joomla WidgetKit slideshows on blog pages and home page

There is an issue on a website that we are working on using a Widgetkit Slideshow component that is pulling information from ZOO. Right now if you go to the homepage you will notice that the slideshow is broken. After you refresh the page, the slideshow works perfectly fine. We have been researching this issue and cannot find the problem. But we are using this slideshow ALL OVER the website and we need this fixed immediately.
