VM 2 UPS Shipping bug

I have installed a UPS shipping module to VM2 and there seems to be an issue with calculating the Ground shipping depending on the zip code. We need to make this so that it is calculating accurately. Right now it is at least $20 off from the amount that it should be. Also there is an issue with the shipping labels, it has an auto generating shipping label feature but it is not working correctly. It does not print the ticket the way that it should. I need this fixed as soon as possible. Need to be experienced in Joomla, PHP, Virtuemart 2, MySQL, Ajax.
