We currently have a basic but non public website that has been under development . The site design and logo are complete but the content and navigation needs completing. Following this the site programmong needs to be done. This will involve the buiding of the user database structure for user update and also the building of a matching algorithm to permit automatic matching of job seekers with employers based on inputs to our standard job profiles. This needs to then feed an email platform that will generate an email to both the job candidate and the employer notifying each that there has been a match made between candidate and job. We also want a mobile app version to allow candidates and employers to update profiles/job profiles and access emails. This is an urgent project due to changes in the current programming team so high hours are required. ------------------------------------------ Added 9 FEB 2012, 5:59 AM EST Candidate creates personal career profile-----saves the profile which is uploaded to our servers-----employers complete a profile from the lirbary of profiles and then upload to the sever-----matching algorithms determine optimal matches with candiates---when a match is made both the employer and candidate get an email informing them. at that point the employer can access the candidate profile and the candidate can access the employer job profile.The matching program is key to the process..using "must have", Good to Have" and "Nice to have" logic process.
