I need someone who writes a tool which downloads all files on a torrent tracker to the harddrive. I want that I get a tool I can use to download automatically all files which are shared via a specific torrent tracker. I have access to the torrent tracker (because it runs on one of my servers) and would like to download automatically all files which somebody shares. So as soon as somebody connects with his/her torrent client and shares files, I want that a server-side-tool which acts like a client downloads all files the user has on his/her harddrive and shares with the internet-community. I just would like that our server-side tool downloads all our torrent-tracker users' files, so that we have all files which are in the tracker-community offered for sharing....
