I need a small image processing app which will have those features: - Open and save PNM files (PNM class with LoadFile and SaveFile procedure- can't use Qt build-in PNM handler, can use the code from it but it has to be directly in the application) - Menu i.e. File (with Open, Save, Exit etc) - A histogram (option to "stretch" and "level" it) - Filter option in the menu with (gauss and linear filter) - edge detection (gradient and Laplacian) - edge detection (Sobela, Previtta, Robertsa, LoG, DoG) - rgb 2 grayscale, rgb 2 cmyk, change of contrast, brightness, gamma - Otsu algorithm, binarization with a slider, 3 random binarization algorithms - denoising (median) - artistic filters (i.e. painted by oil, random shear, random shifted parts, melt effect, tile effect) - texture, shadow texture I would like to know the price for the app with only the features above and separately with features listen below: - Hough transform (rectangles detection, grayscale, edge detection, binarization) - Canny's edge detection - Harris corner detection - distance transform for a binary image (Canny algoritm if needed) Keywords: Programming, C++
