Requirements Ability to perform all radio installation related functions to an acceptable quality level without direct supervision Familiarity with test equipment, radio configuration basics, basic troubleshooting, IP addressing, and TDM circuit connections; as well as basic leadership and reporting skills Ability to check factory software configurations and make corrections if necessary Ability to perform acceptance testing Ability to perform basic troubleshooting of common issues Ability to lead an installation crew onsite with no other direct, in-market supervision and report site progress/issues to market lead or management Full understanding of how equipment works, software configuration, in depth troubleshooting, IP Networking basics, and TDM circuit basics; as well as strong leadership and reporting skills In depth understanding of Microwave fundamentals, RF fundamentals, TDM Circuits and IP networking Ability to review link engineering documentation and use the information contained to build software configuration from scratch Ability to perform in depth troubleshooting of complex issues Ability to lead a team of crews in a market making sure schedule is met and report market progress/issues to management or directly to customers Required Skills Training/Certification on Aviat Products Must Have:  Alcatel Lucent Microwave Certification, Network +
