Request for tender � Data entry from pdf image into excel spreadsheet Summary of requirement We require the successful tenderer to input data from 10 relevant tables in a pdf document (attached) into 10 corresponding Excel sheets in the attached template. We require the data under the heading of Energy Efficiency Improvement Opportunities for use in other excel worksheets however this data has been copied as an image so will require manual entry into excel. There are 10 tables that we require to be copied, one for each sector covered by the report. The data for each sector is to be entered into their relevant sheet in the template spreadsheet. Page numbers of the relevant tables has been entered on the relevant worksheet of the template. Data has been listed under the following headings: � �Process�, �Equipment� or �End Use�: To be entered into column 1 � �Fuel�: To be entered into column 2 � �Opportunity� or �EEI Opportunity�: To be entered into column 3 � �Payback� or �Simple Payback�: To be entered into column 4 Quotations are required by Monday 13 February. A decision on candidates will be made on Tuesday 14 February. A finalised spreadsheet is required by Friday 17 February. Work should commence as soon as possible after notification of successful tender. Selection will be made on the basis of the following key criteria 1. Price 2. Relevance of previous experience and quality/satisfaction of previous tenderers 3. Use of ethical standards in completing work (for example (but not limited to) no use of labour under the age of 15 for this project). An applicant should address all three criteria, although only a short submission is required. Additional requirements This project is to be kept confidential.
