Je functie: The Senior Systems Integration Designer will - Ensure that the IT Access Management Systems function efficiently and securely to support the organization@s technology needs. - Together with the Solution Architect and the Platform Architect, analyze Business requests and translate them into a Detailed Design related to the bank strategy. - Analyze existing infrastructure and propose innovations. - Write documentation that is CMMI2 compliant, and give training to Operational teams. - Propose optimal solutions, based on the Group standards. - Propose and uphold improvements related to other domains.Je profiel: Education & Soft skills - University graduate in computer engineering - Team player - Quick self-starter, pro-active attitude, - Good Communication and Influencing skills; - Good analytical and synthesis skills; - Excellent documentation skills - Autonomy, commitment and perseverance in personal organization; - Ability to work in a dynamic and multi-cultural environment; - Strictness in project follow-up Experience: Experience in the IT System integration * Mandatory: - 5 years experience in IT System Integration - 5 years experience with integration of systems that are running on Windows, Mainframe and Unix platform - 5 years experience with systems and DBs from different suppliers (SQL Server, Oracle, DB2) - 5 years experience with different development platforms (.Net, Java) * Preferable: - Professional experience in Financial Services - Experience in security technology and processes (Identity & Access Management aspects) Languages: Fluent in French, Dutch and English
