BT Brentwood Excellent opportunity for a Part Time on-site Contract Manager for BT Brentwood Call Centre Flexibility required, 16- 21 hrs per week 22k Pro rata Closing date 17th Feb 2012 Reporting direct to the Regional Senior Contract Manager, you will be required to deliver excellent and effective operational management to the site. The successful candidate will need to be a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual with a commitment to providing a quality service to achieve agreed targets by ensuring fulfilment of the service level agreements and to develop the existing business. You will need to have oustanding organisational skills and a proven abiltiy to deliver to tight deadlines ensuring that all work is conducted in accordance with the company's values and standards. Management and working to contractutal key performance indicators. Knowledge of contact centre industry is highlydesirable coupled with a pro-active and resilient approach. Job Role  HR Management of upto 40 FTE employees, plus support of other sites where necessary.  Management of weeky/monthly recruitment activity  Maintain regular contact with the Centre Mangers and Site Directors ensuring effective governance  Working to ensure that the agreed service level agreements are achieved.  Review client and candidae feeedback on the quality of the service offered, supporting the site in ensuring smooth running of the contract, developing strong relationships with key stakeholder  Conduct regular performacne reviews with direct reports engaging appropriatedevelopment plans and mentoring  Ensure HR processes are adhered to and implemented within a timely manner and Please send CV's to Linda.wilson@manpower.co.uk
