Call Centre Advisor- Credit Ops
Manpower currently has fantastic opportunities for Credit Operation advisors with one of the UK's largest energy providers. Be a part of their success and embark on an exciting new role that is crucial to successfully retaining its customers. Making outbound calls to customers to collect debt owed whilst maintaining a professional and courteous manner at all times. In addition to maximising collections from debtors you will be required to capture and record customer information ensuring accurate records are maintained on the company's customer systems. And support other colleagues as required by taking inbound calls or other credit management related activities. You will require the ability to influence customers and liaise with internal departments and external agents to ensure sufficient and effective resolution of customer problems. The ideal candidate will have effective and clear communication skills, respond positively to change, efficiently organise their time and work effectively in a team. You should have knowledge of MS Word and Excel Working between Monday - Friday 8am - 8pm Saturdays 8am - 6pm hours require a degree of flexibility as these will be dictated by real business needs; this role comes with an attractive benefits package and long term career opportunities.
