Cross cultural working JOB PURPOSE: To lead the delivery of responsive, integrated, engaging and inspiring direct communications based on a structured contact strategy. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Work with colleagues to understand customer profitability, lifetime value and campaign ROI to ensure the programme is efficient and effective. Develop targeted segmentation and predictive modelling of customers to ensure a best return on investment. Work with colleagues and agency partners to deliver communications activity required within the CRM campaign planning. Support the development of best practice in improved customer lifecycle, insight and targeting within local market teams. Work with CRM Capability Manager to ensure that CRM infrastructure (campaign building, reporting & measurement etc) meets requirements Understand in detail competitors approach to CRM and direct communications, together with the identification of industry and discipline best practice. Lead the briefing of CRM communications to agency partners. To be responsible for the effective management of the agency community working on CRM communications. To promote the delivery of high quality creative work through following effective briefing and evaluation best practice. Ensure customer understanding and insight is central to shaping all communications activity. To manage budgets and timing to meet business objectives and guidelines.
