The successful candidate lead will manage the Infrastructure Monitoring team which is a team of 3 - schedule their workload, on call & holiday Responsibilities Managing team of 3 Security Professionals. Hand-on on risk mitigation. Hand-on on tools used by the team IT Security controls are in place and are operated effectively. Network security monitoring and analysing IDS intrusion detection systems effective communicator in both technical and non-technical issues. Advise and guide colleagues in resolving IT Security matters. Understand the business needs and risks and translate into security solutions and best practices. Personal Skills IT degree (or related subject/qualification) coupled with minimum technical qualifications of CISSP ISO 27001 Ability to monitor and collect information on IT security incidents from a number of sources and to analyse logs from SIEM systems Lumension (all suites) MacAfee IDS,Arcsight,ePO Patch Management Sarbanes, Oxley Inelegant Whitelistings.
