Multi Media/ Flash Developer needed for my client based in London, you will be working with graphic designers on the full project life cycle, from analysis to developing, designing and building interactive marketing components for web-based, desktop and mobile media. This new position will appeal to developers who enjoy exploring the latest cutting edge technologies, considering a variety of frameworks and technologies before choosing the best for the job, and pushing technology boundaries To be considered for this role you need to have a strong working experience and knowledge with the following technologies/ skills: *Object Oriented Programming, *Flash Builder/Flex development, *ActionScript 3, *TDD, *HTML, *CSS, *JavaScript, *XML/DHTML, *RIA, *jquery, *json. *Knowledge of Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Dream weaver, and Catalyst a plus. *Complete understanding of all browser based Flash integration and interaction. *Experienced with the entire Flash product workflow from the Flash IDE through to server side development. As part of this Multi Media/ Flash Developer role you will be responsible for: *Works with graphics designers to understand business and user requirements to determine specifications for Flash/Flex development and build applications in Flash CS4 or CS5, Action Script 3.0, XML, JavaScript, HTML and CSS. *Measures and verify that code has acceptable performance and scalability. *Translates visual mock-ups and storyboards into a useable application with visual precision and attention to detail. *Develops functional prototypes to demonstrate concepts. *Analyzes user specifications and requirements. *Implements and maintains Flash and JavaScript and/or Action Script-based components and applications in a team environment. *Debugs and resolves bugs with legacy web applications. *Revises and updates programs and documentation as required. *For cross-department communication purposes, to be familiar with Front-end and Back-end technologies (HTML/CSS/Jquery, PHP/MySQL) If you are interested in this Head of Engineering & Operations role, please can you send me your updated CV across to me ASAP to be considered for this role?
