Hi, I had a look at your background and some of the references you provided on eLance and I am interested to consider you for a project we recently launched on eLance. As such, we would like to find out more about your qualifications and experience. I would like to build a market place, similar to Etsy.com but more simplified. A place of buyers and sellers where sellers can have their own little shop. Allow me to provide you with more input from my side. I would like to refer your attention in annex to a list of features we would like to build into our marketplace. The list consits of classic features you will find on almost any marketplace. We defined all features by phase where phase 0 covers the features which are required at launch, stage 1 then covers the features in a later stage and so on (but all features are required from the early beginning). The idea is that the development happens by stage. Some important remarks to inlcude: - there is no payment gateway between buyers and sellers (we don't charge transaction fees) - the only payment process happens between sellers and us (as monthly subscription fee) - the language will be in hungarian but a first beta version needs to be developed in English in which we have full ownership over the content, meaning that we can do the translation ourselves Based on this feature list and clarifying remarks (which are based on a very simplified version of Etsy.com) I would like to ask you to: 1. provide me with an accurate price quote and time line 2. which PHP framework you would like to use 3. specific references of MARKETPLACES or alikes (and the role you or your company played in the development, i.e. what did you do) 4. if you or your company is capable to do the design as well I would like to consider you further if I see you looked at the feature list with detail and that you answered each of my questions as accurate as possible.The sooner you can reply the bettter.
