Responsible for two analysts you will report straight into the FP&A Director and aid him with the annual budget and forecasting process. The role also involves a lot of business partnering with the marketing team and advising the board on business decisions. What will it involve? Deliver timely and accurate daily and weekly reporting to senior executive team. Deliver timely and accurate monthly sales, margin and inventory forecasts submitted internally and to US Finance. To ensure the monthly forecast and accounts reflect the latest information To work with the FP&A Director to develop the annual budget To review performance by country having a view of risks and opportunities by market and supporting commercial finance by producing a view of sales and margin by country. To independently investigate business issues and highlight findings to senior management through timely, accurate and insightful reporting. Two direct reports - The company planning analyst and merchandise finance analyst What do I need? Minimum 5 years post qualified experience Retail experience is required Hyperion Essbase experience is an advantage
