We're looking for a programmer who can do some general optimization for our site, particularly as it pertains to speeding up page load times, and making small changes to the UI and other sections of the site, including our checkout and sign in process and search / filtering results. For a more advanced candidate we are looking for someone to help us implement a faster, more robust search technology (something like SOLR).
