Proposal: One to two slide matrix comparing crowd sourcing sites vWorker, Elance, Guru, Freelancer, Sciptiance, oDesk, LivePerson, 99Designs and Crowdspring. Site rating criteria should include features like moneyback guarantees, quality assurance, dispute resolution, etc. The comparison should be accurate, delivered in an aesthetically pleasing manner and should be uncluttered and easy to understand. Slide matrix should be delivered in a Microsoft Powerpoint (ppt) format, Slides should be accompanied by a list of source references (URLs) where the matrix can be validated for accuracy.
