Exciting opportunities for French, German, Italian and Spanish speaking candidates to work within an international film distribution company in central London!! This is a temporary position with the view of going permanent for the right candidates. Candidates will need to be flexible on working hours as you will be required to work some night shifts. You will be assisting the company with the distribution of films throughout Europe and your language skills will be required to help facilitate this process. Responsibilities : * Manage the daily running of the call centre * Forecasting and analysing data to report on trends * Communicating via phone and email with all appropriate departments recording status of orders * Handling customer complaints and enquiries * Manage operational schedules in order to achieve all deadlines * Administrative tasks to manage the delivery of films - preparing order forms, scheduling deliveries etc * Effectively managing relationships with clients The ideal candidates will : * Have fluent to native level in TWO of the following languages : French, German, Italian and Spanish * Have an excellent command of English * Have previous customer service or client facing experience * Be confident communicators * Be able to operate in a face paced environment * Have a real interest in the film and media industry * Be flexible on working hours If you are available immediately and have the desired skills, please send your CV in application to n.bradfield@eurolondon.com
