We are now seeking to recruit a hard working dynamic team player to join the Client Services team, based from our offices in Tring , Hertfordshire. This role is initially offered on a 9-12 month covering maternity cover. Reporting to the Head of Client Services, the Account Director will be responsible for the strategic direction and management of a team of five to deliver targeted GP through the retention and growth of their client portfolio. The role requires the Account Director to: ·          Pro-actively manage the day to day relationships of a number of key clients ·          Focus on adding value and growing GP achieved through the deepening and widening of the client relationship to facilitate the delivery of additional products and services throughout their organisation Our ideal applicant would possess the following key skills and experience: ·          Experience of running high profile accounts and liaising with senior stakeholders from Marketing, HR, Communications and Procurement roles ·          Understanding and experience of the motivation and incentives sector (preferable), Channel or B2C Marketing  ·          Good commercial acumen and management accounting understanding ·          Prior people management experience ·          Entrepreneurial and business focused approach to project and relationship management ·          Organised, with excellent project planning skills and attention to detail ·          Innovative, with a creative approach to challenges and opportunities ·          Proactive, results focussed and able to work to tight deadlines ·          Energetic and personable, with the ability to build relationships both internally and externally   The Grass Roots Group, help blue chip clients achieve business goals through the provision of services that have a positive influence on the attitudes and behaviours of their Employees, Channel Partners and Customers.
