Part Time Office / Business Manager
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced and confident Office Manager to join this brilliant agency. PLEASE NOTE THIS IS A PART TIME INTERIM CONTRACT FOR INITIALLY 12 MONTHS. In this key senior management role, you will be responsible for overseeing the effective and seamless running of the company. Key Responsibilities: Ensure the smooth day to day running of the office Liaise with the company's MDs on key areas including business policy, management and finance. Ensure HR policies and procedures including recruitment, staff holidays and payroll are always up to date and in line with UK employment law. Manage client invoices, organise annual budgets, complete VAT returns and other tax requirements Prepare month end, quarter-end and year-end financial reports Contribute to the development of the business' HR strategy and performance Ensure all activities meet with and integrate with organisational requirements and policies Develop and maintain effective business relationships across the company at all levels. To be considered for this role, you will need to demonstrate the following: Solid Office / Business / Operations Management experience Understanding of key HR, finance and operational issues. Outstanding management and coordination skills Excellent administrative skills Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel and especially Word and PowerPoint) Confident written and spoken communications skills Good interpersonal skills - approachable and friendly A flexible, can-do attitude Integrity, openness, Keen eye for detail Good numeric skills Ability to prioritise and work to deadlines This is a 3 - 4 day a week role for an initial 12 month period.
