Hello, We are an organization in the non profit sector. We are currently planning to build a website that will allow us to collaborate with our partners online. The website will be password protected and will allow different users to access different resources, depending on their levels of permissioning. The website should allow participants in the groups to: 1. Hold online meetings and trainings with video, audio and sharing of notes, documents, etc. (similar to Webex, Illuminate, etc.) The functionality should allow the online meetings to be recorded and to be stored in a repository in a different section of the website. 2. See the agenda of scheduled meetings, upcoming events, etc. 3. Proposed dates for meetings, etc. using a poll kind of tool 4. A forum in which participants can share views on different issues 5. Functionality to work collaboratively on documents 6. Repository, containing: documents, list of contacts in the group, recordings of old meetings, dowloadable trainings, etc. We are aiming to have this ready for Thursday 23rd Feb.
