I am looking for someone to change php base website. The website wasn't built by me but by other developer. It has only 12 pages with custom made CMS to change the fonts, contents of the website but I need more than that for the CMS. I need to add like customization for meta description for home page. I want to add few elements for the CMS like client logos and phone number on the home page Facebook and tweet button on each product page.
