Need a Joomla "Under Construction" Template
We are looking for someone to build us a Joomla Template for a "coming soon" page that is configurable in the backend of Joomla without code (user friendly). Essentially, we would like to replicate this "coming soon" page: http://www.accentuate.eu/ However, we want to be able to change the text, text font and color, add/remove social buttons, upload an image, and change the background color all from the backend of Joomla (should be able to click the template in template manager of Joomla and configure from there). The pdf attached gives you 2 pages: 1 for the general format of the template, and 2 with the blue print describing what is needed in the template.
