Service delivery consultant currently required on a Contract basis for a London based Tier One Investment Bank. The successful candidate will have: Excellent use of data to drive out operational processes and standards Proven ability to turn core data in informative metrics and identify trends Proven history of data analysis and delivery. Analysis and modelling of ITIL processes Experience in developing documentation materials for processes Experience of process design & process improvement tools Experienced in performing GAP analysis Experience in writing requirements and scope documents. Integrates best practices with process design to ensure continuous process improvement. Experience in creation of system and process Heat maps An excellent working knowledge of all Microsoft Office applications & SharePoint ITIL certification & solid experience of ITIL delivery Business Analyst experience or certification Excellent communication skills both verbal and written; must be able to appropriately convey ideas, concerns and opinions across differing levels of differing levels of management. Must be pro-active, enthusiastic, flexible, results driven with attention to detail. A team player who must be able to work under pressure, juggle multiple priorities, using own initiative to meet deadlines without close supervision. A disciplined thinker and capable of working across organizational boundaries in a very demanding, high-output environment. A flexible, 'hands-on' 'can do' attitude Experience of SIX SIGMA / DMAIC phases. Experience of working in a large financial organisation would be an advantage. Recognised project management training/certification; e.g. Prince 2, PMI Knowledge of software development methodologies would be an advantage Exposure to Risk management standards and practices would be an advantage ITIL V3 Please send your CV for a swift response.
